Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Columbia, SC is seeking a Task Associate to help deliver operational excellence and a great guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, ensure store cleanliness, and support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through dependable performance and adherence to procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence to support sales drivers and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean; execute tasks per procedures and dashboards.
• Support the Merchandise Manager (MM) and Operations Manager (OM) on performance, people, and process.
• Complete merchandise resets, floor sets, displays, and inventory procedures following company best practices.
• Maintain safety and loss prevention practices while providing exceptional guest service.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.
