Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Allen, TX seeks a Task Associate to help deliver operational excellence and an exceptional guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through accurate execution of tasks.

This role emphasizes detail, adherence to procedures, teamwork, and flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education, to drive sales performance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, physical inventory procedures, and processing shipment using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing guest service.
