Rare Beauty, based in El Segundo, seeks a Retail Marketing Coordinator to support the Retail Team and report to the Senior Manager of Retail Marketing. The role demands organization, proactive thinking, and a strong drive to accelerate in-store and online sales across domestic and international accounts.

The ideal candidate has a marketing or business background, excels in Excel/PowerPoint, and brings cosmetics or ecommerce experience with exceptional communication and teamwork.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in consumer products and/or ecommerce, cosmetics or beauty.

Responsabilidades

• Manage creative requests for various channel partners including Sephora, Ulta, and international retailers.
• Update retailer setup forms for domestic and international accounts in partnership with Retail, Product Development, and Operations.
• Lead PDP asset resizing, renaming, and delivering to retailers.
• Support Retail leadership in creating sales, marketing, and educational programs to drive in-store and online sales.
• Partner with Brand Directors to evaluate merchandising for international accounts to ensure best-in-class brand representation.
• Monitor and report competitive brands, activities, and products across skincare, color cosmetics, bath & body, and haircare.
• Build understanding of retailer-specific programs and analyze opportunities with actionable solutions.
• Maintain and update retail documents to ensure alignment on key information.
• Assist with ordering and shipping samples and administrative tasks.
• Create and maintain organizational templates, calendars, and side-by-sides.
• Contribute to customer selling presentations, business reviews, and board decks.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with customer partners and internal teams.
