Job summary

SalonCentric in Torrance, CA is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager with a passion for people and exceptional customer service. You will support the store manager in building a high-performing team and delivering outstanding results in our hair and beauty product category.

You'll participate in recruiting, coaching, and daily operations, while embracing the brand's values and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience with POS systems; SAP experience preferred; cosmetology license a plus.
