Sephora in Jersey City, NJ is seeking a Sales and Service Leader to drive store success by leading by example, coaching the team, elevating client experiences, and exceeding goals. You’ll develop staff through ongoing feedback and training on service excellence, loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives while managing daily operations and ensuring a safe, inclusive shopping environment.

This full-time, on-site role offers a starting hourly pay of $28–$32 with scheduling

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Proven ability to coach and inspire teams to achieve goals
• Strong sales and client service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
