Job summary

SalonCentric Key Holder – Part Time is seeking a motivated individual to deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals and stock, merchandise, and educate customers on promotions.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, team collaboration, and flexibility to work weekends, with ongoing education on hair and beauty products and opportunities for growth within SalonCentric and L’Oréal USA.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store during shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis.
