SalonCentric, a L’Oréal USA subsidiary, is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to deliver outstanding customer service and expert product knowledge in a fast-paced beauty environment. You will support sales, promotions, and store operations while upholding brand standards and driving customer satisfaction.

The role offers part-time hours with weekend work as needed, employee discounts, ongoing product education, and opportunities for growth within SalonCentric and L’Oréal USA.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication required.
• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shift.

Responsibilities

• Wow the customer by delivering exceptional service to Salon professionals.
• Sell the finest professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions and events; replenish merchandise; participate in inventories and cycle counts; maintain store appearance; process sales and returns.
• Gain product knowledge and share trends with customers.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and priorities.
• Grow and develop through ongoing training and opportunities within SalonCentric and L’Oréal USA.
