Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to deliver exceptional service to salon professionals and manage daily store operations. You will learn beauty brand products, promotions, and assist with inventories while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service, basic math, and POS/SAP familiarity, with weekend availability. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities for growth within the SalonCentric and L’Oréal USA family.

Qualifications

Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Retail experience preferred.
Ability to use a computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
18 years of age and HS Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Wow the Customer – Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to Salon professionals
Deliver Results – Sell the finest professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, upcoming sales events and advertised products; process and replenish merchandise; prepare and participate in physical inventories and periodic cycle counts; maintain store appearance; process sales and return transactions.
