SalonCentric is seeking a Key Holder for a full-time role to deliver outstanding service to salon professionals and manage store operations. You will promote top beauty brands, educate customers on promotions, and support inventory accuracy with the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication required.
• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Able to travel short notice as needed.
• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Wow the customer with exceptional service.
• Sell the finest professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions; process and replenish merchandise; participate in inventories and cycle counts; maintain store appearance.
• Be an expert by gaining product knowledge and sharing beauty industry trends with customers.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals and priorities.
• Grow and develop with opportunities within SalonCentric and L'Oreal USA.
