SalonCentric is seeking a part-time Key Holder to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals. This role focuses on product knowledge, sales, inventory, and maintaining a welcoming, well-organized store environment. Weekend availability is required. Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Retail or related experience is strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills are required.
• Ability to use a computerized POS system; SAP experience is a plus.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Must be 18 years of age with HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Wow the Customer – Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to Salon professionals.
• Deliver Results – Sell the finest professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions and events; process and replenish merchandise; participate in inventories; maintain store appearance; process sales and returns.
