Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to lead a single retail store in Bee Cave, TX. You will drive top-line sales growth, guest service excellence, and cost control while guiding a high-performing team that upholds Ulta Beauty’s mission and values.

The GM will manage merchandising, staffing, scheduling, and operations to ensure a superior guest experience and financial performance. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and 3–5+ years in retail management are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of fast-paced, retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, MS Office).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
