Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• 3–5+ years of fast-paced, retail management or other relevant work experience
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses
• Retail management: monitoring inventory, operational excellence, service culture, and merchandising directives
• Leadership: attracting, developing, motivating talent and leading teams through change

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for retail and service sales, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Schedule staff to maximize productivity within payroll budgets.
• Lead and develop managers and associates through coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure training and brand/category education to enable ongoing development and sales performance.
• Foster open communication and alignment with enterprise strategy across the store team.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
