Job summary

Salon Service Group is seeking a Store Associate in Grapevine, TX. You will work full-time at the Grapevine store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager and Salon Consultants, participate in product training, and help maintain high retail standards while handling cash, inventory, and merchandising tasks. Health and retirement benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and sales processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experiences and build strong partnerships.
• Handle daily store operations including inventory, cash management, and upkeep.
• Communicate with area leaders to meet sales goals.
• Participate in product knowledge classes and training.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and balance cash drawer daily.
• Process returns and discounts according to policy.
• Stay current with trends and recommend products to customers.
