Job summary

Coulter Services is seeking a Plant Technician for an on-site role in Swisher, IA to operate and maintain automated equipment for beauty product production. You will run high-speed lines, perform changeovers, and conduct routine quality checks to keep operations safe and on-spec.

You will troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, follow GMP, safety, and SOPs, and record production and quality data while collaborating with engineers and team members on continuous improvement initiatives.
