The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in product and packaging design, preferably in the beauty industry. Responsibilities include creating product artwork, communicating with factories, and assisting in customer meetings. This role offers a base pay range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of product/packaging/graphic design experience.
• Ideally have a strong background within the beauty industry.
• Licensed product experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create product artwork and organize artwork files.
• Spearhead a new project/license for the company.
• Communicate with overseas factories for sample approval process.
• Assist sales and merchandising team in customer meetings.
• Assist with trend boards and visual sales tools.
• Keep files, materials, and samples organized.

Skills

Product/packaging/graphic design experience

Proficiency in Illustrator

Proficiency in Photoshop

Proficiency in Excel

Mechanical CAD drawing experience

Photography/retouching skills
