Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer communications, including influencer and social-first programs.
Deep knowledge of the influencer landscape with established creator and tastemaker relationships.
Strong journalist and press relationships across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and consumer media.
Experience brokering partnerships and sponsorships for brands.
Proven leadership of teams and multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

Lead the Beauty division’s integrated PR, media relations, and influencer storytelling.
Develop original, strategic ideas to promote brands and secure placements across print, digital, podcast, broadcast, and social outlets.
Oversee internal account teams and external client relationships to drive growth and performance.
Pitch stories, craft talking points, media releases, and secure features and award opportunities.
Provide strategic counsel to clients, lead communications and thought leadership initiatives.
Manage client meetings, media briefings, interviews, and events; oversee activations and reporting.
