24 Seven Talent is seeking a Beauty Director — Agency in New York, NY. This senior leadership role drives integrated communications across PR, influencer marketing, artistry and VIP relations, plus experiential activations.

You will lead multi-channel strategies, guide creative programming, and manage a high-performing team across earned and paid initiatives to deliver measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
• 8–12 years in PR/brand marketing; beauty agency or in-house preferred.
• Experience leading integrated PR, influencer, talent, and experiential campaigns.
• Proven track record with artistry sponsorships and paid/organic social campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital beauty landscape, KPIs, and trends.
• Experience using influencer platforms and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated 360° communications strategies.
• Serve as senior strategic advisor with clear counsel and performance reporting.
• Translate trends and intelligence into forward-looking strategies.
• Ensure campaigns meet brand objectives, audience insights, and KPIs.
• Oversee media relations across beauty, business, trade, lifestyle outlets.
• Drive partnerships, storytelling, and opportunities for founder features and events.
• Lead influencer and talent strategy across social platforms.
• Manage events, activations, partnerships, budgets, and timelines.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team and coordinate cross-market workstreams.
