Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1-2+ years of fast-paced retail management or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Retail management: monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving service culture, and executing merchandising directives.
• Leadership management: attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, adapting to change, and leading others.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet/exceed store goals for retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Use forecast and payroll budgets to plan scheduling and staffing needs.
• Analyze financial/operational reports and respond to findings in a timely manner.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Maintain attendance policy and ensure compliance with company standards.
