Beauty Manager

The Beauty Manager is responsible for understanding the levers and indicators that affect the beauty business and coaching their team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Leading your team: Provide coaching and feedback, differentiate performance, empower team members, set clear expectations, motivate, and recognize individual contributions.
• Analyzing business performance: Review reports, understand key metrics, and take action to improve results.
• Talent management: Actively seek and approach potential talent for open positions.
• Visual merchandising: Maintain store visual standards, ensure merchandise presentation is appealing and stimulating.
• Customer interaction: Engage with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Supporting monthly animations: Collaborate with team and leaders to plan and execute engaging store displays and merchandise setups.

Pay Range
