Kohl's is seeking a Beauty Lead Advisor to drive sales through consultative beauty assistance and expert knowledge of top beauty brands. You will engage clients by identifying their needs with a consultative approach and maintain Sephora-at-Kohl’s standards for visual merchandising and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include upselling, expanding knowledge of the beauty industry, inventory replenishment, and completing required training to support omni-channel processing and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
