Not Your Mother's Haircare is seeking a Key Account Manager to grow strategic retail partnerships and drive revenue through data-driven insights. You will manage mid-sized to key accounts, translate performance data into actions, and nurture long-term relationships in a fast-paced beauty environment.

Strong negotiation, communication, and data analytics skills are essential, along with experience with syndicated data tools (Nielsen/IRI/SPINS). On-site Florida role with room for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with business or marketing focus.
• 1–3 years in account management, sales, or business development in CPG.
• Experience using syndicated data tools (Nielsen/IRI or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with smaller to mid-sized clients to grow revenue.
• Support senior account managers with proposals, quotes, and communications.
• Identify new business opportunities and upsell services/products.
• Understand products and services to meet client needs consistently.
• Maintain regular client communication to promote renewals and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and implement solutions.
• Shadow senior managers to learn best practices in strategic growth.
• Track client performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
