Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store events and services.
• Keep the department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and products through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and build Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
