Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests and promoting products/services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Stay informed about products and communicate benefits to guests.
• Maintain consistent attendance and store cleanliness.
