Responsibilities

• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service with greeting, engagement, product recommendations, and promotions.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed about products to better serve guests.
