Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience in-store, assist with cashier tasks, maintain merchandising, and participate in events. The role focuses on service, product knowledge, and driving sales while upholding store standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and retail shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store.
• Ensure that each guest receives exceptional service by providing a guest-friendly environment and personalizing service to their needs.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and the guest service experience.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Drive sales by keeping assigned work area replenished, signed and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
