• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience by engaging each guest to determine needs and offering product recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Handle customer service tasks including sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain fixtures stocked, clean store areas, and ensure tester availability.
