Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Bemidji, MN is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, perform cashier tasks, and keep fixtures stocked while maintaining store cleanliness.

The BA engages each guest, recommends products, conducts makeup applications, supports in-store events, and collaborates with managers to drive sales. A passion for beauty, strong communication, and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional guest experience and engage each guest on needs.
• Conduct cashier tasks and assist with online orders.
• Keep fixtures stocked and maintain store cleanliness.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to boost sales.
