Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor who delivers an exceptional guest experience, helps customers find the right products, and supports daily store operations. The role focuses on service, sales, and in-store events to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.

The Beauty Advisor provides makeup applications and product demonstrations, maintains clean, stocked fixtures, and upholds Ulta Beauty standards while assisting guests with questions and purchases.

Qualificações

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology, including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to sales and service.
• Greet and engage guests, answer questions about products and services, and promote promotions.
• Process cashier transactions and assist with online orders and returns/exchanges.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience.
