Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences in-store. You will greet guests, assess their needs, recommend products, perform makeovers, and support in-store events to boost sales.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
Provide exceptional service with a guest-friendly environment, greet and engage guests, answer questions, and suggest products/services.
Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges; assist with online orders.
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
Book appointments for services and events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience while meeting sales targets.
Maintain knowledge of products/services to better serve guests.
