Ulta Beauty is hiring a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, conduct makeup applications, and educate guests about products. You will assist with cashier tasks, keep fixtures stocked, and support in-store events to meet sales goals.

The role requires passion for beauty, strong guest service, and the ability to learn product knowledge and participate in ongoing training. Flexible schedule includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Passion for guest service with ability to sell and advise.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience and engage guests entering the store.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and replenish merchandise as directed.
• Handle transactions, returns, and online order assistance.
• Stay informed on products, ingredients, and promotions.
