Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales and loyalty programs.
• Greet guests, assess needs, answer questions, and recommend products.
• Handle cashier duties, refunds, exchanges, and online orders.
• Provide makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Keep knowledge of products current to inform guests.
