Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assist with sales, and perform makeup applications and skincare analysis. You will help with in-store events, maintain cleanliness, and stay informed on product benefits to better serve guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales and loyalty.
• Greet and engage guests, inform about promotions, and recommend products or services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver a premium guest experience.
• Stay informed about products and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with merchandise resets and displays.
• Protect assets by following loss prevention best practices.
