Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences and guide customers through beauty products. You will help with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, while applying product knowledge learned through Sally Beauty training.

You will build customer relationships, highlight promotions, and ensure accurate transactions in a dynamic store environment with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to meet scheduling needs and communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Able to read and explain product labels and follow manager directions.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales.
• Enrol customers in the Loyalty program and complete transactions accurately.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values and adapt to varied working hours.
