Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience is a plus.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest experience and greet guests on the sales floor.
• Perform cashier duties and manage online orders.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean; assist with merchandise resets and inventory.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and assist with in-store events to drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of products, ingredients, and benefits to assist guests.
