Job summary

Tisun Beauty is seeking a Web Designer & Developer to own our online presence. You will design, build, and optimize our e-commerce site and landing pages, using AI tools to speed up content creation, testing, and personalization.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in web design/development and a strong interest in beauty/cosmetics. You will work on Shopify/WooCommerce platforms, improve UX, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in web design and front-end development for e-commerce or consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio showing e-commerce work (beauty, fashion, or lifestyle) including product/category pages and landing pages.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript; experience customizing themes on a major e-commerce platform (Shopify Liquid, WooCommerce/WordPress, or similar).
• Skilled in a modern design tool (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar) and basic graphics editing (Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva).
• Practical experience using AI tools in your workflow (e.g., generating draft copy, resizing or enhancing images, creating variations, or running experiments/personalization).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, UX best practices, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end: from brief and wireframe to launch and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive website pages (home, category, product, blog, landing pages).
• Build and maintain the site using Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms, including themes and custom sections.
• Use AI tools to create and refine layouts, visuals, and product content.
• Optimize UX and customer journey for desktop and mobile, including navigation and checkout flow.
• Implement basic SEO best practices (metadata, headings, alt text, internal links).
• Collaborate with marketing to design campaign landing pages and banners for launches and sales.
• Track metrics (traffic, conversions, bounce rate, cart abandonment) and propose improvements.
• Ensure site security, QA testing, and bug troubleshooting.
