You will partner with teammates to ensure a welcoming space, manage events, and nurture vendor relationships. A passion for beauty trends and excellent customer service are essential for success.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to maximize results
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness
• Stay updated on beauty trends and products through trainings
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and Nordstrom Rewards accounts
