We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed esthetician / treatment specialist to join our OrangeTwist Team. As a licensed esthetician / treatment specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional skincare services and treatments to OrangeTwist clients. Your duties include analyzing skin conditions, recommending treatments, and performing skincare procedures to enhance appearance and well-being. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding customer service, promote a relaxing environment, and ensure client satisfaction.

Location: 31001 Rancho Viejo Rd #120, San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675

Schedule: 2-3 shifts a week, minimum 4 weekend days a month (1 weekday and Saturdays)

Compensation: $18+/hourly (based on experience) with Incentives and Commission

What You Will Do:

• Perform skincare consultations to assess clients' skin conditions, concerns, and goals.
• Provide customized skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other advanced esthetic procedures.
• Conduct thorough skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare regimens and products.
• Perform professional extractions and guide clients on homecare techniques.
• Administer specialized treatments such as acne treatments, anti-aging procedures, and skin rejuvenation therapies.
• Stay updated on industry trends through continuous education and training.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards.
• Keep accurate records of client information, treatments, and product recommendations.
• Upsell retail skincare products and recommend homecare routines.
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
• Assist in promoting skincare services, events, and products.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Zenoti, OrangeTwist membership, & rewards programs.
• Partner with management to order supplies and keep the reception area organized.
• Greet visitors, complete check-in, and connect them with team members.
• Answer phones and emails professionally, schedule appointments, and direct calls as needed.
• Upsell products and services, process payments, and handle mail.

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Completion of an esthetics program
• State Board Certification of Barber and Cosmetology
• Current and Valid State Esthetician License
• Valid Laser Certification (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Esthetician
