Responsibilities:

• Meeting sales goals daily, weekly, and monthly
• Consulting with customers professionally and enthusiastically
• Educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail products
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Opening and closing the business
• Handling daily administrative tasks and tracking goals
• Guiding customers on equipment use and assisting first-time users
• Attending off-site sales and training sessions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7 hours
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
