Responsibilities:

• Meet sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Consult with customers professionally and enthusiastically
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon
• Open and close the business as scheduled
• Complete daily administrative tasks and track goals
• Guide customers in using tanning equipment, especially first-time users
• Attend off-site sales and training events

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for up to 7 hours a day
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
