Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic beauty consultants to represent our brand and provide exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes achieving sales goals in a commission-driven environment and offers extensive training for success.

We provide generous commissions, a welcoming team atmosphere, and opportunities for growth. Employees receive product discounts, benefits, and ongoing training to enhance skills and customers' tanning experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day).
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning and wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms.
• Set up tanning rooms for next customer per Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assist customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure company and legal requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Maintain salon cleanliness
