Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our team in a dynamic salon environment. You will engage customers, drive sales, and provide guidance on tanning products and safety practices.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space. Starting pay is $20.25 per hour with opportunities for commission on all product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, plus a monthly store bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Stand, walk for long periods (7 hours/day).
• Lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and product use.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business and manage daily administrative paperwork.
• Walk customers to rooms and guide first-time users on tanning equipment.
