Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates to accurately represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced tanning salon.

The role focuses on meeting sales goals, educating customers on our Golden Rules of Tanning, maintaining a clean salon, handling cash, and completing daily admin tasks. Flexible schedule and opportunities for commissions are offered in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail/customer service
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours per day
• Must lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on tanning rules and ensure compliance
• Keep salon clean and organized
• Handle cash and opening/closing procedures
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals
