Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Birmingham, AL is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates to accurately represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate thrives in a commission-driven environment with a strong motivation to attain sales goals.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, educating customers on our tanning services, maintaining a clean salon, cash handling, and daily paperwork. Full-time roles with benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail or customer service environment.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
