Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Cosmetic Sales Colleague, a Beauty Advisor, to educate customers, demonstrate products, and tailor consultations. You will build lasting client relationships, manage a loyal client base, and drive sales through expert service and personalized recommendations.

Full-time schedule (30+ hours weekly) with weekend shifts. Expect ongoing training, vendor education, and opportunities to grow within a dynamic beauty team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or selling experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Read and understand store policies in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert beauty product demonstrations and personalized consultations.
• Drive sales and build client loyalty through relationship management.
• Maintain an organized, inviting, shoppable space on the sales floor and refresh signage as needed.
• Leverage loyalty programs and use POS tech to process transactions accurately.
