Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, assess individual needs, perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and support in-store events and services.

You will maintain store cleanliness, stock fixtures, assist with online orders, and build relationships with guests while meeting sales goals. A passion for beauty, strong communication, and product knowledge are essential; high school diploma preferred; 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems, Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries and issues.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests to determine needs and offer product solutions.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to drive sales.
• Handle cashier duties, online orders, and exchanges as needed.
