Ulta Beauty in Everett, MA is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, perform cashier duties, and maintain a clean, stocked store while driving sales. You will demonstrate makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demos to educate guests and promote services.

Applicants should be passionate about beauty, have strong communication skills, and be comfortable using a POS system and Apple devices. Flexible schedule with weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage each guest to determine needs.
• Perform cashier tasks and assist with online orders.
• Keep fixtures stocked and store clean; maintain grooming of the sales floor.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed about products and communicate benefits to guests.
