Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, engaging every guest to determine needs, perform makeup applications, and showcase product demos. You will process sales at the cashwrap, keep fixtures stocked, and assist with events and promotions, helping the store meet growth goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination preferred.
• Passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs.
• Perform cashier tasks and process on-line orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocked fixtures.
• Demonstrate makeup applications and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events.
• Keep informed about products and ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
