Beauty Brands is seeking a Client Service Specialist who thrives in a team environment and loves helping customers with beauty products. You will greet customers, promote programs, and resolve issues while supporting store operations and inventory accuracy.

As part of a family-oriented company, you will contribute to a welcoming experience, participate in education classes, and assist in executing marketing and visual merchandising plans to drive sales.

• Demonstrated record of punctuality, attendance, teamwork, and ability to follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers entering the store with a friendly Beauty Brands greeting.
• Promote the Take Ten program with every customer.
• Resolve customer concerns to their satisfaction and to Beauty Brands expectations.
• Perform store operations with accuracy and follow policies, including inventory support.
• Assist in execution of marketing plans, promotional programs, and visual merchandising standards.
• Answer phones with the Beauty Brands greeting, support the GLAMOUR Experience, and drive add-on sales.
• Attend scheduled meetings and required Education classes as directed by management.
