Job summary

European Wax Center in San Jose is hiring a Lead Guest Service Associate (Front Desk/Sales) to deliver exceptional guest service and drive center revenue. The role focuses on greeting guests, promoting services, and managing front-desk operations in person.

Ideal candidates have strong sales and leadership abilities, excellent communication, and availability for evenings/weekends. Training and advancement opportunities accompany benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required OR one–two years related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sales goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations, including check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
• Be a model for your peers, striving to lead others to their full potential.
