Job summary

Headkount is seeking a Brand Advisor for Surrey, BC to build lasting relationships with stores, brands, and retail staff and to drive productivity and sales. The role covers multiple beauty retailer locations within the assigned market, with a flexible weekend schedule.

You will receive comprehensive training through our education programs and ongoing support from the Headkount team via our app. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly rate and opportunities to grow in field sales.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in beauty brand or beauty retailer.
• Excellent beauty retail selling and education background.
• Experience hosting beauty retail events.

Responsibilities

• Be punctual & reliable.
• Achieve sales goals.
• Educate retail staff on brands and selling strategies.
• Uphold merchandising and brand guidelines.
• Host and participate in branded events to achieve sales goals.
• Complete detailed in-store surveys after each shift.
• Communicate with Headkount via app.
